Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing ZF Naturals. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you wish to return a product. If your request meets our policy criteria, we will be happy to assist you.
General Conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 6 days of receiving the product.
- Sale or discounted orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- A valid reason must be provided for the return or exchange.
- After 6 days, no returns or exchanges will be processed.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Sale Orders / Discounted Products
- Products purchased from pop-ups/exhibitions
Return Process:
- Initiate Return:Â Log in to your account on zfnaturals.com or provide your reason and attach a picture on our WhatsApp number.
- Approval:Â Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the return and arrange for a reverse pickup.
- Quality Check (QC):Â Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a QC process. If it passes, a store credit will be issued. Please note that PKR 260/- will be deducted from the store credit for logistics, prepping, and packaging purposes.
Note:Â This return policy applies only to prepaid orders.
Important Instructions:
- Ensure the product is in the same condition as when received. Used or altered products will not be accepted.
- Record an unboxing video of the package before opening the courier seal to claim any physical damage or missing products. Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective products require valid video proof.
- Clearly mention your order number and contact number on the package when returning it.
PKR 260 will be deducted for all returns/exchanges for logistics, prepping, and packaging purposes. Â
60-Day Results Guarantee – Terms
- Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies to customers who follow a consistent usage routine and maintain proper documentation of their progress.
- To be eligible for this guarantee:
- You must record a clear Day 1 video showing the initial condition of your hair, along with the visible date of starting usage.
- You are required to maintain daily video recordings demonstrating the application of the hair oil.
- The product must be used consistently for 60 consecutive days as directed.
- After completing 60 days, if there is no visible improvement, you may submit your complete video record as proof.
- Once verified by our team, you will be eligible for a full refund under our 60-day guarantee policy.
- ZF Naturals reserves the right to review all submitted evidence before approving any refund request under this guarantee.
Refund and Store Credit:
- Bank Refunds:Â WE DO NOT OFFER BANK REFUNDS. All refunds are provided as store credit.
- Store Credit:Â Store credit will be issued after deducting PKR 260 and can be used for future purchases or gifting. Store credit will be sent directly to you via email.
